Interest in building low-latency systems and learning how to integrate ML into product surfaces for real-time inference
Ability to reason about software quality, performance, reliability and security, and to apply best practices with support from mentors
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders as part of a cross-functional team
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Coursework, projects, or internships related to applied AI, ML systems, LLMs, or agentic workflows
Familiarity with AWS and containerization such as Docker, and interest in learning Kubernetes and production deployment practices
Exposure to responsible AI concepts and tools, including bias testing or explainability approaches
Domain interest or experience in AEC, design or manufacturing
A motivated builder who is eager to learn, asks good questions, and consistently improves engineering quality through feedback and iteration
