About the team

As a Growth Marketing leader on the Agent Marketing team, you’ll help real estate agents unlock the full value of Zillow’s products and services so they can grow their businesses with confidence. This team is essential to the success of Zillow’s agent ecosystem, and the B2B Growth Marketing leader will shape how we attract, empower, and elevate the top agents who drive our business forward.

About the role

The Director of B2B Growth Marketing will shape the growth engine for our most valuable customers, defining how they discover, adopt, and scale our products. This is a rare opportunity to build a high-impact marketing function from the ground up and influence both product direction and revenue strategy.

You will get to

  • Own the growth engine by designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that target, engage, and convert our highest-value Ideal Customer Profile and strategic accounts.

  • Build and scale an advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) practice that includes account prioritization, personalized campaigns, intent-driven outreach, executive-level engagement, and cross-functional orchestration with sales and customer success.

  • Elevate B2B growth beyond traditional demand generation by infusing creativity and innovation into B2B growth - concepting and piloting standout go-to-market ideas across channels, storytelling, experiences, and engagement models that cut through the noise and capture the attention of high-performing agents and teams.

  • Drive post-acquisition adoption and expansion campaigns (onboarding, nurture, upsell, cross-sell) that accelerate product activation, value realization for customers, and long-term usage within our strategic customers.

  • Develop and manage key performance metrics across the acquisition funnel and customer engagement journey, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data, insights,s and ROI.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to ensure seamless lead handoff, pipeline acceleration, and adoption/usage of our products within acquired accounts.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on strategic account B2B acquisition & adoption, fostering a test-and-learn culture, rigorous experimentation, and strong cross-team collaboration.
