Job Summary:
Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Sub - Assembly to join our Distribution business in (Henderson, CO).
This role will make an impact in the following ways:
- Operate manual and automated production equipment safely while meeting quality and productivity requirements
- Follow all standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures including SPC, poka-yoke, and visual standards
- Perform quality inspections and identify, control, and report non-conforming material
- Achieve production goals while working to required cycle times and engineering standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping, machine cleaning, and planned operator care tasks
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, including stop-work authority, hazard reporting, and PPE requirements
- Communicate effectively with peers, skilled trades, and support teams to identify equipment issues and support repairs
- Remain flexible and perform additional duties as needed to meet production goals
- Participate in required training, personal development, and continuous improvement initiatives
RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Ability to operate production equipment with limited guidance in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to meet production, quality, and cycle time requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Accountability for safety, quality, and individual performance
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
. Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Compensation and Benefits
