DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.
We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our Distribution business in (Henderson, CO).
This role will make an impact in the following ways:
- Independently operate manual and automated production equipment while meeting quality, safety, and productivity requirements
- Manufacture and assemble products to defined engineering standards, cycle times, and customer specifications
- Follow all standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures including SPC, poka-yoke, and visual standards
- Perform quality inspections, identify and control non-conforming material, and raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposure
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, including stop-work authority, hazard reporting, and PPE requirements
- Instruct and coach less-experienced team members and act as an informal resource on the production floor
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping, machine cleaning, and planned operator care tasks
- Collaborate with peers, skilled trades, and support teams to identify equipment issues and support repairs
- Remain flexible and perform additional duties as needed to meet production goals
- Participate in training, personal development, and continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and process improvement
RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Ability to independently operate manufacturing equipment across all required work processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing operations, quality systems, and safety fundamentals
- Proven ability to achieve production goals while meeting cycle time and engineering standards
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to coach and support others
- Accountability for safety, quality, and individual and team performance
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Compensation and Benefits
