What you will do-
Lead and execute the commercial strategy for one of the most critical orthopedic regions in Brazil, driving growth through direct and indirect sales channels while ensuring compliance, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
- Lead the Indirect Channel (IC), acting as sponsor for distributors and agents.
- Set territories, quotas, and targets for indirect channels and direct sales teams.
- Drive forecasting, reporting, and demand planning, contributing to IBP discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, HMOs, and key institutions.
- Lead territory business reviews, sales meetings, and performance follow-ups.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability for the assigned territory.
- Ensure full compliance with Stryker policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
What you need-
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Previous sales experience, and in a commercial leadership role.
- Proven experience managing direct sales teams and indirect channels.
- Solid background in medical devices and OPME market.
Desired
- Experience in orthopedics.
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Business or Commercial Strategy.
- Knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) models.
