Within our Medical Division, we support healthcare providers at every point of care from emergency departments to community settings through advanced technology, services, and support. Our Patient Handling portfolio includes state-of-the-art hospital beds, market-leading transport trolleys, and ergonomic wheelchairs, all designed to reduce patient risk and caregiver injury.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers across NHS and private healthcare
Drive recurring revenue and continuous growth across the Patient Handling portfolio
Manage complex capital sales cycles for high-value equipment
Partner with Marketing to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and product performance
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clinical training
Accurately forecast, report, and manage key account activity
Represent Stryker at sales meetings, training events, and industry exhibitions
Consistently achieve annual sales targets and key performance objectives
Degree (BA/BSc) in Biomedical/Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent experience
Experience selling medical or surgical capital equipment (desirable, not essential)
A proven track record of sales success
Strong relationship-building skills with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A team-oriented mindset and ability to work within a diverse, high-performance environment
Full UK driving licence
