As our new Cloud Desk Operations Specialist, your primary mission is to ensure the complete provisioning of customer subscriptions with various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). Leveraging your expertise in cloud services, you will collaborate internally with sales, operations, and cloud teams, and externally with CSP partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and onboard new customers and activate subscription contracts with service providers
- Deliver solutions and services while managing invoicing and providing customer support
- Assist customers in optimizing and simplifying cloud service management
- Train customers on ordering and billing tools
- Coordinate service deployments with technical teams for complex solutions
- Stay up to date with technological developments (CSP offerings, provisioning platform updates, etc.)
