This is a senior leadership role within the Finance team, responsible for leading and driving the onsite Finance function to operational excellence. The Director, Finance will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to support effective planning, control, and decision making across the site. The successful candidate will manage the day to day activities of the Finance team and ensure timely, accurate financial support to the Operations Director, local Team Leaders, and the Director Finance. This role is a key member of the Site Leadership team and contributes directly to the strategic direction and financial performance of the facility. Key Responsibilities

This role is a key member of the Site Leadership team and contributes directly to the strategic direction and financial performance of the facility. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor robust internal financial controls within the facility.
- Lead the local Finance team including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management.
- Partner closely with the Operations Senior Director to manage and improve site financial results.
- Serve as a member of the Site Leadership team and contribute to site level strategy and execution.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts within required timelines, including financial commentary and inventory management.
- Provide financial guidance and support to team leaders across the facility.
- Deliver weekly financial updates to the Site Operations Director and the Senior Director Finance.
- Provide financial inputs for monthly business unit reviews as required.
- Lead the preparation of the annual site budget and oversee budget performance.
- Own the annual standard cost setting process.
- Prepare financial forecasts and outlooks throughout the year, including clear communication of risks and opportunities.
- Prepare the annual capital budget and manage ongoing capital expenditure forecasts.
- Lead the preparation of the annual strategic plan for the facility.
- Provide financial support for the preparation and review of Capital Expenditure Requests, ensuring strong financial and commercial evaluation.
- Lead and participate in cross functional and cross divisional process improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in Finance processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and business insight.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the business.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in a senior Finance role within a high performance manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing Finance teams.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of flexibility, ownership, and commitment to achieving results.
- Fluent Polish is required.
- Fluent English is required.
