> Co-managing and supervising a NY-based analysts working on other key functions of CRO Office, including public communication of the CRO, briefings, meetings with internal and external stakeholders
> Manage FRM strategic goal setting process & updates
> Lead FRM Performance Measurement Process, through establishing and monitoring of relevant KPIs in partnership with functional and regional Risk teams
> Lead strategic projects for FRM on personnel management and organizational structure
> Lead impact assessment initiatives of new AI tools for FRM
> Oversee the agenda for CRO's weekly Management Committee (heads of stripes) and Townhall Meetings with global FRM Department
> Oversee the work of CRO and COO administrative assistants in organizing senior meetings and offsites
> Manage CRO's communication strategy for internal and external meetings, public appearances and memorandums, international trips
> Manage cadence and agendas, and oversee briefing materials for strategic client relationships and regulators
> Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, their engagement with FRM and their participation in FRM activities
> Participate with the CRO and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
> Oversee timely completion of takeaway actions for CRO and FRM COO
> Support CRO and Risk COO in management of global Risk budget and headcount plans during various cycles throughout the year
> Represents CRO in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders
> Support CRO and Risk COO in recruitment, retention and development of diverse talent at FRM, and directly manage recruitment and retention efforts for FRM Committee Reporting team and Direct reports

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $95,000 year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
