Profile Description
We’re seeking someone to join our WM Technology team as a Python Gen AI Engineer, in Analytics Intelligence & Data Technology to build advanced and innovative AI solutions. In this role to architect, build, and operationalize AI systems that support business workflows, improve automation, and enhance client and employee experiences.oppotunity to work with multi-functional engineering, knowledge management, project management and QA teams.

This is Associate position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:
•Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, Embedding models, RAG, NLP, Deep Learning, Data Analysis.
•Proficiency in Python (expert-level coding skills), with experience building scalable applications and automation.
•Experience with API development & integration (Flask, FastAPI etc.), particularly for AI workflow orchestration. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL is a plus.
•2+ years of experience in designing and maintaining robust data ingestion and retrieval pipelines, with Vector DBs (Redis, ElasticSearch, Pinecone etc.). Proficiency in prompt engineering for producing high-quality LLM outputs.
•Familiarity with Agentic AI patterns and MCP with prior experience of agent frameworks – OpenAI Agents SDK / Google ADK / LangGraph etc.
•Good to have statistics knowledge, such as hypothesis testing, experimental design and evaluation of ML/LLM systems. Knowledge of AI Agent evaluation is a plus.
•Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways for leadership and peers.
•Creativity to engineer novel features and signals, and to push beyond current tools and approaches
What you’ll bring to the role:
• At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role with Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Experience of DevOps process and Containerization (Docker)
• Experience of working in Agile setup
