What you will do
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional project through closure, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, scope, and regulatory requirements. You will translate contractual, legal, and operational needs into executable project plans, while coordinating stakeholders and supporting system and operational readiness activities in a regulated environment.
Main responsabilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and formal closure.
- Translate legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements into defined activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify and manage regulatory and operational dependencies required for system or operational cutovers.
- Support ERP-related integration activities, including master data alignment, process readiness, and cutover governance.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation and response plans as required.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, define roles and responsibilities, and track deliverables across workstreams.
- Ensure formal handover of deliverables, documentation, and lessons learned at project closure.
What you need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience as Project Manager in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects within defined contractual or regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced English.
- Available to work under a 12-month contract.
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in a medical devices industry.
- Experience supporting change of supplier portfolio, ERP implementations or integrations.
