DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Analyst uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and improve supply chain performance across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying performance gaps, and developing insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement. The analyst works closely with cross-functional stakeholders, leveraging standardized tools, systems, and processes to deliver repeatable and scalable analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to one or more supply chain functional areas.
- Use common processes, tools, and information systems to enable effective supply chain analysis.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability across all analytics and reports.
- Analyze and interpret supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and recommend action plans.
- Support and participate in Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Develop repeatable and scalable analytics and reporting using existing business systems.
- Utilize materials planning systems as the primary tool for day-to-day planning and decision-making, supplemented by ad-hoc tools as required.
- Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to ensure the right part is delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, and to the right place.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting using data extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization techniques.
- Support inventory management and optimization by analyzing inventory levels, planning parameters, and system constraints.
- Use advanced planning and BI tools to support material availability decisions, inventory optimization, and performance improvement.
- Monitor materials KPIs, assess gaps against targets, and balance trade-offs to improve overall supply chain performance while minimizing downstream impacts.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Skills and Experience
Technical & Functional Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in power platforms.
- Power app, Power BI,DAX Query is must.
- Experience in a data engineering or analytics-focused role, preferably within supply chain or operations.
- Strong technical expertise in SQL concepts and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SSIS, SSAS, and other data integration and analytics platforms.
- Experience using materials planning systems and advanced planning or BI tools for decision-making and analysis.
- Proficiency in extracting, transforming, modeling, and interpreting complex datasets to support business decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management, optimization techniques, and planning parameter refinement.
