As a Solutions Sales Specialist, you will partner closely with sales teams and enterprise clients to design and position impactful Microsoft-based solutions. You will act as the bridge between technical depth and commercial strategy, helping shape proposals that are technically sound, commercially strong, and aligned with customer needs.
You will support the full presales cycle, driving Microsoft 365 and cloud adoption initiatives while contributing directly to revenue growth and strategic positioning.
Responsibilities:
Scope and qualify opportunities together with sales teams, identifying customer challenges and business drivers.
Design tailored Microsoft Modern Workplace and Cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra Suite, Security, IAM, Copilot, Power Platform).
Support tenant migrations, backup & recovery, endpoint management (Intune, MDM, Autopilot) and cloud adoption projects.
Build structured, customer-focused proposals and Statements of Work aligned with commercial objectives.
Lead customer workshops, demos, and solution presentations.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
Contribute to opportunity strategy, objection handling, and deal progression.
Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem innovations and market trends.
