DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for Cummins in Modlniczka, Malopolskie, Poland.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Prepare documentation to support the importing and exporting of materials and applicable benefits in the country of assignment.
  • Ensure required import/export/shipping documentation is compiled to the relevant legislation.
  • Compile and distribute import, export and shipping documentation to enable orders to be processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system.
  • Escalating delays and shortages of goods according to internal procedures.
  • Identifies and controls non-conforming material & processes.
  • Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
  • Administrative support of credit notes according to internal procedures.
  • Interaction and troubleshooting for suppliers with invoices and payments (incl. AP queries).
  • Performs other routine to complex administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department.
  • Constant communication between clients and the company's departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Utilize materials planning systems and tools like Excel, Access, TOAD, and OMS to manage supply and demand plans, perform root cause analysis, and take corrective actions based on exception messages and alerts.
  • Proficiency in PFEP Principles: Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to ensure the right parts are delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, and to the right place. This involves managing master data, materials planning parameters, engineered material flows, transport management, and warehouse management.
  • Expertise in Inventory Management: Use analytics and algorithms to optimize inventory levels across the supply chain, develop inventory strategies, and refine planning parameters to support Cummins’ overall strategy.
  • Effective KPI Management: Assess supply chain performance against organizational expectations, interpret KPIs to understand their impact on end-customers, and strategically balance trade-offs to drive continuous improvement while minimizing negative impacts on other KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in an equivalent field.
