- Leadership of the Plan and LBEs preparation processes, analytical review of related deliverables, and presentation of results to financial, business operations and senior management teams.
- Provides relevant variance analysis of Actual results versus planning cycle and develops meaningful management reporting schedules, ensuring accuracy and predictability of results and key metrics.
- Leadership in partnering with Business Areas in identifying and evaluating projects that require financial analysis. In Export Markets, leadership of financial results, ensuring the accuracy and predictability of performance and key metrics.
- Co-leadership with Region North Supply team the New Demand and S&OP processes, including analytical review of related deliverables, and presentation of results to finance, business operations and senior management teams.
- Development/ongoing enhancement of expense and headcount forecasting models to support planning and LBE projections for a dynamic, high growth and optimization.
- Oversee/manage all aspects of monthly, quarterly and annual Plan and LBEs, including P&L, headcount, balance sheet and capital using planning system, providing relevant variance analysis, develops meaningful management reporting and ensures accuracy and predictability of results and key metrics.
- Partners with business and proposes solutions to achieve budget within guidelines and to operate within approved budget.
- Supports Accounting Shared Service monthly close process to ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly actual results. Understands monthly results and both prepares and presents to senior management teams.
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Industrial Engineer.
- CPA / MBA is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years combined experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting or cost accounting is required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Fully fluent in English (written, oral and reading skills) are a priority.
- Advanced Excel advanced skills are a priority.
- Work history reflecting application of analytical, problem solving, and technical skills.
