You will be part of a specialized Microsoft collaboration platforms team, where stability, security, and user experience are top priorities. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the operation, governance, and continuous evolution of enterprise Microsoft 365 environments, directly impacting overall organizational productivity.
How a day to day would look like in this role:
Administer and optimize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange (Online and On-Premises).
Configure security, retention, compliance, and governance policies within Microsoft 365.
Analyze call quality using CQD and resolve collaboration and messaging incidents.
Manage storage, group-based permissions, and organizational structures.
Implement best practices, maintenance windows, and continuous platform improvements.
