As a Senior Process Improvement Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Engineering Services operates today—and how it grows tomorrow. You’ll lead high‑visibility initiatives that improve quality, speed, and customer experience across regulated, global environments, using data, analytics, and advanced problem‑solving to drive meaningful change.
What you will do:Lead complex process improvement and standardization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, A3, and Value Stream Mapping to eliminate waste and improve performance.
Design and facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving sessions to drive root cause analysis, solution development, and adoption of continuous improvement practices.
Analyze complex operational and performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, variability drivers, and high-impact improvement opportunities.
Define, develop, and govern key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and performance management tools, partnering closely with Data & Analytics, Automation, and BI teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
Partner with senior leaders and process owners to design future-state processes, standard work, control plans, and scalable, validated solutions aligned with business strategy.
Develop and apply discrete-event simulation models and advanced analytical tools to support flow optimization, capacity planning, automation initiatives, network design, and what-if scenario analysis.
Build robust project plans and business cases that clearly articulate financial, operational, and strategic impact to executive stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert and internal consultant in continuous improvement and operational excellence, coaching and mentoring teams while strengthening a common improvement mindset across functions and sites.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with specialization in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Performance Management, or a closely related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or similar roles.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced knowledge
English proficiency at C1 level.
Basic knowledge or academic exposure to process simulation / discrete-event modeling (Arena, SIMUL8, FlexSim, Simio, or equivalent), with willingness to further develop this capability.
Strong expertise in structured problem-solving (DMAIC, PDCA, A3), root cause analysis, statistical methods, and process capability.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or similar BI tools.
Experience delivering workshops, training programs, or facilitation sessions.
