We are looking for a professional to join us as a Microsoft Solutions Presales Specialist, who will integrate with the commercial and technical team to lead information gathering, needs analysis, and the development of proposals related to Microsoft 365, Security, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
This position is designed for professionals with experience in technology-commercial roles or presales, with solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and a proven track record working with Microsoft 365, Security, and AI solutions. We are seeking someone capable of understanding business needs, structuring differentiated value proposals, and operating in consultative environments, bringing technical expertise, strategic vision, and active support throughout the sales cycle.
We especially value strong listening skills, analytical thinking, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence in service.
What you will do:
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to identify needs related to productivity, collaboration, security, compliance, and analytics within Microsoft environments.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements to design solutions based on Microsoft 365, Security, and AI, aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Build and present technical-commercial proposals, clearly articulating business value and expected ROI.
- Support the commercial team in strategic meetings, executive presentations, and solution demonstrations or workshops.
- Manage and follow up on opportunities in the CRM, contributing to the positioning of the Microsoft portfolio while staying continuously updated on trends and innovations within the ecosystem.
