IT Project Manager

As our new IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects end to end. You will manage internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will oversee all operational aspects of assigned projects, from initial planning and design through implementation and final closure. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strong customer engagement to ensure project objectives and expectations are aligned

• Define project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets

• Coordinate and manage internal teams, third-party vendors, and consultants

• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones

• Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)

• Ensure quality control across all project deliverables

• Manage changes, issues, and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and lessons learned
