As a discipline expert and technical leader, drives functional performance by designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions that enable and accelerate delivery of new or improved products and services. Acts as a technical leader at group, department, and cross-functional levels, responsible for managing Technology, Solution, and System architectures and ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards. Provides architectural leadership and governance across key enterprise solutions, including service management and workflow technologies, to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and drives discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and key business objectives, including enterprise solution and system architecture.
• Provides architectural leadership and design guidance for enterprise service management, ServiceNow, and enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.
• Ensures quality and effectiveness of major initiatives through sound architectural design, early risk assessment, and implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Partners with business, HR, OEC, IT, and BTS stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Reviews and evaluates solution options, enhancements, and integrations to assess enterprise impact, security, and technical fit.
• Advances technical expertise within the function by mentoring, advising, and sharing architectural best practices.
• Identifies and evaluates emerging technology trends and incorporates relevant advancements into short- and long-term architectural planning.
• Shapes and manages relationships with vendors and partners in alignment with corporate values and enterprise standards.
• Ensures adherence to corporate and divisional policies, including security, compliance, data protection, and audit requirements.
• Contributes to multi-year roadmaps and project plans, supporting proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree with 9 years’ experience; Master's Degree with 8 years’ experience; PhD with 4 years’ experience.
- Strong ServiceNow technical background in enterprise systems and solution architecture, preferably in regulated environments.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Architect (CAA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Experience designing and governing enterprise service management, Service Portal, Catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC solutions, and workflow automation.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate solution options and design architectures that balance business needs and long-term sustainability.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in regulated environments with security and compliance considerations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
