DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Apply documented procedures and policies to complete basic repairs and schedule maintenance.
- Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and/or engine components.
- Assist with required documentation, such as work completed forms, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms.
- Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
- Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.

- Electronic Service Tool Application: Identify and utilize the appropriate electronic tool set for service events.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Apply mechanical principles and theories using appropriate tools and procedures.
- Product Repair and Maintenance: Repair and maintain mechanical/electrical products following guidelines.
- Service Documentation: Create and verify customer, equipment, and technical information.
- Technical Escalation: Obtain product technical issue information and utilize available resources.

Additional Information:
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
- Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
- Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)
Experience:
- Minimal level of workshop experience required
- Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
