This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role will play a critical part in coordinating and supporting the monthly and quarterly processes for publishing client reporting data on our digital platform. The successful candidate will work closely with product and technology teams to improve the digital reporting platform by supporting the build outs of new strategies and enhancements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and support the monthly and quarterly processes for publishing client reporting data on the digital platform. This includes reviewing data, making decisions related to timing of critical steps, and managing email notifications to external users.
- Report and track bugs and enhancement requests for the digital reporting platform, including testing in UAT and providing business approval.
- Collaborate with product managers to determine requirements for new strategies requiring reporting on the digital platform.
- Review requirements to identify existing reporting elements and new components.
- Define necessary steps and assign responsibilities to support new reporting initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new data sources in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Coordinate with the digital team to create mock-ups.
- Work with PSM to prioritize projects on the roadmap.
- Support tactical client reporting projects as needed outside of the digital reporting platform.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year degree or equivalent, preferably in a related discipline such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
- 1-3 years of related industry/work (inclusive of internships) experience preferred.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of both traditional asset management and alternatives investments (derivatives, fixed income, equities, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles - ability to interpret performance impact of various transactions and corporate actions.
- Asset management performance calculation knowledge.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to handle a heavy, deadline-oriented workload.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including designing, creating, and maintaining complex spreadsheets, power queries, reports, and charts.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
- Must possess a high level of initiative.
- Familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg, Barra, and other analysis tools is a plus.
- Interest in leveraging technology in the reporting process: prior experience or exposure to technology tools such as Python, Alteryx, SQL is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to think strategically and build on system capabilities.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to excel independently and in ambiguous situations.

Salary range for the position: $78,000 - 140,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
