We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance team supporting our fast‑growing IT solutions and digital services business. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring operational excellence across core finance processes, supporting month-end reporting, and strengthening internal controls and compliance.
The role:
- Oversee daily O2C, P2P, and R2R finance operations to support smooth business activities.
- Assist in month-end closing, including reviewing journal entries and accounting schedules to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related inquiries and operational issues across O2C, P2P, and R2R.
- Maintain proper internal controls, and contribute to developing policies and procedures as needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives, budgeting cycles, and financial planning & analysis activities.
- Assist with statutory audits, tax filing, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- (Nice to have) Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support operational efficiency.
