The role involves ensuring license compliance and optimization using Flexera, supporting audits and assessments, delivering actionable cost and risk insights, and acting as a single point of contact across service delivery. You will collaborate in a global team, drive SLA-based outcomes, and provide high-quality, detail-oriented SAM services across Tier‑1 publishers. Key Responsibilites
- Maintain accurate license entitlement & compliance using Flexera.
- Perform license imports, reconciliation, and consumption analysis
- Provide actionable insights for cost optimization & risk mitigation
- Support customers through compliance assessments & vendor audits
- Create custom reports to optimize software usage and spend
- Act as Single Point of Contact for subsidiaries across xDC services delivery
