The Clinical Affairs Lead Analyst is responsible for supporting the clinical education and training associated primarily with the Transcatheter Arterialization of the Deep Vein (TADV) therapy, in addition to the broader peripheral vascular portfolio. This role focuses on teaching, guiding, and supporting sonographers, physicians, and clinical staff in mastering ultrasound surveillance techniques required for the safe and effective implementation and follow-up of this therapy. The successful candidate will possess deep clinical knowledge of TADV, its application in the CLTI patient population, and the ability to interpret TADV duplex studies. This role will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clinical proficiency in all company supported venous and arterial diseases states, optimize imaging, and contribute to the ongoing evolution and standardization of all therapies.

The Clinical Affairs Lead Analyst plays a key role in Medical Education, supporting teams with high-quality, on-site and remote ultrasound training to ensure consistent, reliable imaging for total portfolio vascular care with an emphasis on TADV. Partnering closely with cross-functional groups and the commercial sales team, this position strengthens protocol adherence, enhances training impact, and helps maintain best-practice standards across all participating sites. This position is Remote with 75% travel requirements.

What you will do 

  • Deliver clinical training programs for sonographers, physicians, and clinical staff related to ultrasound surveillance for TADV therapy and peripheral vascular disease states. 
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of ultrasound protocols and best practices. 
  • Provide onsite and remote clinical support and guidance to participating sites, ensuring the quality and consistency of ultrasound images for accurate diagnosis and treatment. 
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of clinical workflow, patient care considerations, and operational requirements  
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training, site support, and clinical observations. 
  • Participate in meetings, site visits, and other activities related to clinical education and therapy advancement. 
  • Assist in Vascular training content creation. 
  • Act as an internal ultrasound subject-matter expert and strategic resource across cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Marketing, Health Economics, and R&D, supporting aligned clinical, scientific, and commercial initiatives.
  • Lead creation and review of training and education content, including clinical training programs - live and virtual, and educational assets for internal teams and external customers.
  • Contribute to the development of consensus papers, peer-reviewed manuscripts, and scientific communications by providing technical expertise, clinical insights, and content review.
  • Support scientific communication strategy by ensuring accuracy, clinical relevance, and consistency of ultrasound messaging across marketing, education, and publication efforts.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction to accomplish team objectives with minimal supervision. 

What you need 

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in clinical ultrasound or medical imaging (if a bachelor's degree is acquired)
  • 8+ years of experience in clinical ultrasound or medical imaging (if an associate's degree is acquired) 
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge of vascular sonography, including hemodynamics, ultrasound physics, deep venous and arterial duplex assessments, and physiologic studies required.     
  • Willingness to travel extensively (>75%), including to clinical sites, meetings, and training.  

  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • ARDMS RVT or CCI RVS credentials and certification are active.  
  • Direct vascular interventional experience in the OR, Cath Lab, IR suite, or Office Based Lab. 
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across clinical, technical, and operational teams. 

$110,100 - $183,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
