Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Customer-first mindset with an eagerness to learn about human-in-the-loop system design, learning loops, and intuitive AI experiences.
- Proactive problem-solver who balances speed of delivery with thoughtful execution and attention to quality.
- Passionate about learning new things, deepening expertise and staying current with emerging AI trends.
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI concepts, including familiarity with AI agents, prompt engineering, and context management.
- Willingness to develop hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted coding or prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Education
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Product Management or a related field required.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of reporting capabilities across the product suite (dashboards, data exports, custom reporting experiences, and AI-powered conversational data exploration) for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborate with data engineers, modelers, software engineers, data analysts, and data scientists to translate reporting and product needs into shipped features.
- Use AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to automate everyday tasks, rapidly prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery, embracing the thinning line between product and engineering.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, user pain points, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization.
- Contribute to the growing GenAI and agentic capabilities on the product roadmap, including use cases across third-party onboarding, screening, due diligence, and policy configuration.
- Champion the AI-First mindset across the wider group, identifying opportunities to embed AI into workflows and helping colleagues adopt new ways of working.
- Monitor emerging AI trends, tools, and regulatory developments relevant to risk management and compliance, sharing findings with the broader team.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators and usage metrics for reporting and generative AI features, surfacing patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Support responsible AI deployment practices, contributing to governance documentation, auditability standards, and content safety.
- Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and materials for internal stakeholders and client engagements.
