What you will do:
The Manufacturing Engineering Technician III is a highly skilled professional responsible for supporting engineering initiatives, sustaining manufacturing operations, and ensuring efficient production performance. This role plays a key part in achieving production goals by maintaining high-quality output, troubleshooting equipment and processes, and driving continuous improvement while mentoring junior technicians.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and support new product and process development.
•Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
•Support engineering projects and production activities, including process development and implementation.
•Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and throughput.
•Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operations.
•Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
•Assist with process validation activities for tooling and equipment used in production.
•Train and mentor assemblers and junior technicians on procedures, equipment use, and best practices.
•Maintain accurate documentation, including build records, technical drawings, and manufacturing process updates.
What you need:
- Technician in mechanics, electronics, electrical.
- 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated or high-volume production environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and process support.
- Intermediate English preferred.
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
