DESCRIPTION
Under indirect supervision, the Procurement Coordinator – Level II updates procurement systems and coordinates approval and control of procurement activities while providing operational and analytical support to global sourcing and finance teams to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely procurement execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact suppliers to maintain accurate supplier data, obtain required documentation, and enable suppliers within procurement systems.
- Complete document closure and recording activities for contracts and supplier documentation.
- Prepare and support documentation for sourcing events and procurement initiatives.
- Support procurement activities to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and inventory objectives.
- Support supplier quality initiatives in collaboration with Supplier Quality Improvement Engineers, suppliers, and category teams.
- Act as a liaison between procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate with suppliers to manage project deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Participate in project teams to support effective implementation of changes and new initiatives.
- Use standard process tools and business systems to deliver repeatable analytics and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all procurement-related data.
- Participate in health, safety, and environmental awareness and improvement activities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support procurement operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience
- Some relevant work experience with intermediate-level knowledge gained through training or on-the-job experience.
- Prior experience using supply chain or procurement systems is preferred.
- Experience supporting cross-functional or global teams is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience (required).
- College degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Written communication skills in English (preferred).

- Good understanding of procurement processes, policies, and concepts.
- Hands-on technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze data and support informed, data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to use procurement tools, systems, and document management systems effectively.
- Knowledge of procurement ethics and compliance standards.
- Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations.
