About the Role
The Global HR Business Partner for Technology & Operations is the senior and organizational advisor to the Senior Managing Director and Chief Information and Operations Officer. The role is accountable for shaping and executing the global people strategy for functions critical to the firm’s operational integrity, scalability, and long-term growth.
Operating as a trusted executive advisor, this role influences enterprise-level decisions across organizational design, leadership capability, succession, culture, and talent strategy. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partners, the Tech & Ops- HRBP brings a strong enterprise lens, ensuring alignment between Technology and Operations priorities, firmwide objectives, and disciplined people governance.

This role serves as a visible culture carrier, partnering with Technology and Operations leadership to reinforce inclusive leadership, sound judgment, and ethical conduct—particularly during periods of change and transformation.
Responsibilities of the Role
Serve as the primary senior HR advisor to the Senior Managing Director and Chief Information and Operations Officer, providing strategic counsel on leadership effectiveness, organizational strategy, succession, and complex people matters
Own and drive the global people strategy for Technology and Operations, aligning talent, organization, and culture priorities with business strategy and transformation objectives
Partner with Senior leadership to design, assess, and evolve operating models, organizational structures, and workforce strategies that enable scale, efficiency, and future-ready capabilities
Lead succession planning, talent assessment, and leadership development for senior and critical roles
Provide expert guidance on high-impact, risk-sensitive employee matters, including performance management, leadership transitions, and complex employee relations
Act as a senior steward of culture, conduct, and leadership accountability
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, enterprise-aligned solutions, including talent attraction and retention, leadership development, performance management and compensation planning etc.
Leverage data and insights to inform executive-level decision-making
Represent the Technology and Operations people agenda within HR leadership forums
Requirements of the Role
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10+ years Senior HR leadership experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization
Proven experience advising C-suite or equivalent executive leaders
Experience supporting Technology, Operations, or similarly scaled functions
Experience operating in a regulated or global enterprise environment
Strong grounding in employee relations, employment law, and risk management
Professional HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
