The Services Lead – Indirect will drive SoftwareOne’s services growth in India primarily through partners and the broader ecosystem. The role focuses on enabling partners, co-selling, and ensuring enterprise clients recognize SoftwareOne as the preferred Managed Services provider. Key objectives include:

  • Expanding SoftwareOne’s services business via partners in a designated vertical.
  • Building a partner ecosystem capable of delivering high-value Managed Services deals.
  • Driving partner-led revenue growth and positioning SoftwareOne as the go-to Managed Services partner for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enable a high-performing partner network, ensuring partners have the skills, tools, and knowledge to deliver SoftwareOne services.
  • Build strong relationships with system integrators, managed service providers, and cloud partners to co-create service offerings and proposals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners on Managed Services opportunities, supporting them in opportunity identification, solution design, and deal closure.
  • Align partner capabilities with SoftwareOne’s offerings in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS on Azure, AWS & GCP including migration, server/database management, security, and network services.
  • Lead joint go-to-market campaigns and partner-led initiatives to generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Monitor partner performance, providing guidance to maximize profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with partners to respond to RFPs, enterprise contracts, and Managed Services proposals, ensuring clarity, defined deliverables, and commercial viability.
  • Evangelize SoftwareOne services within the partner ecosystem through workshops, webinars, and joint marketing activities.
