Operations Associate - Business Management

We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in EMEA Divisional Management to support EMEA Operations Leadership in the day-to-day management of the region, including governance, resource & space management, communications, culture & engagement.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position within the London location.

What you'll do in the role:
- Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
- Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
- Provide day to day operational support across EMEA Ops COO activities including:
- Assist with EMEA Ops Engagement tasks, including support for London focused initiatives.
- Deliver internal communications such as newsletters, event materials, calendars, and working group content.
- Support resource management activities, including coordination of Early Careers programme tasks, event preparation, documentation, and scorecard updates.
- Assist with London office space coordination and logistics.
- Support EMEA Ops Diversity & Inclusion governance by preparing monthly materials, tracking actions, and following up with stakeholders.
- Contribute to EMEA Automation activities
- Maintain and update reporting tools, including dashboards, trackers, monthly summaries, and governance documentation.
- Manage the bi weekly team prioritisation dashboard.
- Provide general administrative support to EMEA COO team members as required
What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to build trust and find innovative ways to improve teamwork, functions/processes and create a positive work environment
- Understanding of business area supported, client requirements, and importance of not compromising control to comply with client requests
- Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
