We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support project delivery activities under the guidance of the PMO Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, maintaining documentation, managing updates in ServiceNow (SwoDP), and ensuring smooth execution of assigned project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project-related activities assigned by the PMO Lead.
- Complete administrative tasks and updates in ServiceNow (SwoDP) as per defined guidelines.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budget, and quality using the SoftwareOne Delivery Methodology.
- Take minutes of meeting, schedule calls, track progress, and follow up on action items when assigned.
- Create and maintain project plans, documentation, and reports.
- Generate SwoDP and ServiceNow reports for data quality checks.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements and expectations are met.
- Monitor project risks/issues and escalate to the PMO Lead as needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives, including data quality checks in PSA and ServiceNow.
- Participate in functional and non-functional training as required.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
