What you’ll do
- Develop and enhance custom solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, including plugins, extensions, workflows, and configurations.
- Work within a highly customized enterprise CRM - understanding system architecture, business logic, and integrations.
- Apply AI‑driven development concepts within CRM processes and support experimentation with emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross‑country team members to refine requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Contribute to continuous delivery through quality code, documentation aligned with team standards, and proactive ownership.
- Support integrations using Dataverse, the Power Platform, and Azure services.
