As our new Inside Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to closely collaborate with the sales team in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, fostering leads and closing sales deals. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the end-to-end management and administration of the sales operation function.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through prospecting methods, including calls, emails, and various social media platforms
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by regularly following up leads, monitoring opportunities and ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date
- Assist in the development of software licensing proposals
- Supporting the account management team with cross-selling and upselling opportunities to generate new revenue streams
- Effectively collaborate with the marketing team to follow up with clients' post-campaigns to drive leads and gather feedback
