As an Associate – ITPM (Microsoft Licensing), you will support customers in managing and optimizing their Microsoft software licenses. You’ll help them understand entitlements, ensure compliance, reduce risks, and contribute to strategic licensing decisions — while collaborating closely with global teams and delivering high‑quality insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support customer interactions related to software licensing
- Analyse licensing data and entitlement information
- Execute tasks with accuracy, quality, and within defined SLAs
- Coordinate workload allocation within project teams
- Prepare and deliver customer‑ready presentations and reports
- Participate in domain mentorship and skill-building initiatives
- Conduct quality reviews and support team coaching
- Analyse Microsoft license entitlements and deployments
- Perform reconciliation analysis and identify compliance risks
- Create compliance reports and provide SAM recommendations
- Work with SAM/ITAM tools (e.g., MAP, Snow, Flexera, ServiceNow)
- Act as SPOC for subsidiaries on xDC service delivery
- Support project execution alongside Team Leads
