As a Cloud Solution Specialist/ M365 Copilot you will guide enterprise clients through their Copilot transformation journey—assessing their needs, shaping the right solution, and ensuring a secure, compliant, and effective implementation. The role blends technical expertise with advisory work: you help clients understand Copilot’s capabilities, design governance and usage models, lead deployment projects, and enable their teams through workshops and trainings. You act as a trusted advisor, supporting both delivery and presales conversations to drive successful Copilot adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the full M365 Copilot stack.
• Assess security & compliance needs and design compliant setups.
• Configure SharePoint Advanced Management and integrate it with Copilot.
• Manage projects from requirements to delivery, ensuring clear client communication.
• Deliver trainings and workshops for end users and IT admins.
• Support presales activities, including proposals, POCs, and customer presentations.
