Profile Description

We’re seeking someone to join our Enterprise Technology Team as a Java Developer, in Enterprise Computing (EC) in our Database Tooling team.  In this role, you will work on applications that automate and manage our database plant. 

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

This is Director position that manages and optimizes technical infrastructure and ensures the seamless operation of IT systems to support business needs effectively.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Contribute as a member of an Agile squad developing several applications
• Work together with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are being satisfied appropriately
• Contribute to design and architecture of applications
• Respond to escalations and issues related to our applications and show appropriate levels of ownership to follow through on enhancements to avoid repeat problems

What you’ll bring to the role:

• At least 4+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role .
• Exp. with Java and/or Python
• 3+ years’ experience working in Unix-like environment
• Strong focus on clean code and automated testing
• Experience with Relational Databases
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design
