As P2P Team Lead, you will lead a team delivering end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) services within our Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) for the North America region.
You will be responsible for service delivery excellence, people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement—ensuring high quality, compliance, and a strong supplier and business experience.
Responsibilities:
Service Delivery & Operations
- Lead daily P2P operations, including purchase order support, invoice processing, payments, and supplier queries
People Leadership
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Support effective supplier communication and enablement (e‑invoicing, payment queries, dispute resolution)
Reporting & Performance Management
- Track and analyze key P2P KPIs (cycle time, backlog, on‑time payments, quality metrics).
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Support transitions, new scope onboarding, and knowledge transfer activities.
