GlossGenius is seeking a Customer Support Expert to support customers throughout their entire journey, resolve issues, and advocate for the GlossGenius brand. In this role, you will build product knowledge, use various tools to assist customers, and provide support via calls, email, and text to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering best-in-class, personalized support to meet high standards for customer satisfaction
- Working with customers to understand their goals and address challenges through effective ticket responses
- Mastering the GlossGenius product and answering support tickets primarily via phone and text
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve company goals such as customer acquisition and retention
- Engaging with the team to identify opportunities to improve resources such as macros and help center content
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
- Have a proven record of driving customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding performance standards
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can adapt to various communication styles
- Are a strong team player and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
Work hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, Tuesday-Friday from 12:00 PM–8:30 PM EST, and Saturday from 11:00 AM–7:30 PM EST.
