Senior Marketing Lead: Growth + Brand

AptDeco is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead to drive the next phase of growth by owning day-to-day marketing operations with a focus on content strategy, social media, influencer partnerships, and growth experimentation. This role is ideal for someone who has scaled a consumer or marketplace business and is excited to execute marketing campaigns while thinking strategically about growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own end-to-end execution of growth and brand campaigns across social, content, creators, and experimentation
- Optimize and scale existing high-performing channels while testing new formats and ideas
- Translate strategic direction into clear briefs, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Partner closely with the CMO to pressure-test ideas and prioritize opportunities
- Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, conversions, and tell the brand story
- Determine channel mix and coordinate execution across social, email, paid, partnerships, and owned content
- Build project plans, timelines, and briefs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Own the overall content strategy, including messaging, formats, and stories across channels
- Oversee the social media calendar and collaborate with creators to produce high-impact content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Substack
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, marketplace positioning, and business priorities
- Monitor trends and adapt content to keep AptDeco culturally relevant
- Build and manage influencer programs to support acquisition and brand awareness
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard creators; coordinate briefs and deliverables
- Track performance, optimize partnerships, and scale successful initiatives
- Test new channels (UGC, podcasts, affiliates, partnerships, new social platforms)
- Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, or landing pages to improve conversion and engagement
- Collaborate with paid media partners or internal teams to align content with performance goals
- Own weekly and monthly marketing reporting across social, content performance, influencers, and campaigns
- Evaluate channel performance, engagement, and acquisition metrics to identify insights and opportunities
- Recommend data-backed improvements to enhance reach, efficiency, and ROI
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have a track record of achieving significant impact in digital, content, growth, or integrated marketing (7+ years of experience)
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a bias for action
- Have experience managing social channels and/or working with influencers
- Possess a strong understanding of short-form video and creator ecosystems
- Can analyze and report on marketing performance metrics
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are experienced with tools like Meta/TikTok platforms, CRM/email tools, and project management systems
- Have strong creative instincts paired with an obsession for measuring results and understanding what resonates with customers
- Have marketplace or e-commerce experience (a plus)
- Have startup experience (a huge plus)
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $110,000 – $150,000 per year.
