Elotl is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Lead to drive customer engagements by defining and scoping technical solutions, with a focus on Kubernetes ecosystems and deployments across private and public cloud environments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the technical pre-sales process, defining and scoping customer engagements
- Guide customers through the adoption of Elotl products, acting as a trusted adviser throughout engagements
- Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and product defects
- Understand customer-specific use cases to build tailored solutions incorporating Elotl products
- Define and delegate tasks for consultants and customer team members
- Ensure the overall success of customer engagements
- Maintain and contribute to a community documenting best practices for Elotl product adoption
- Manage stressful situations with professionalism, empathy, and compassion
- Engage actively with the Elotl community and related open source projects to foster adoption
- Evangelize Elotl products and services through speaking engagements (conferences, meetups, webinars) and content creation (blogs, articles)
