Client Success Manager, Patch Caregiving

Wellthy is seeking a Client Success Manager, Patch Caregiving, to play a critical role in bringing new clients and programs to life. Reporting to the Manager of Implementation, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of new employer clients while supporting program expansions and enhancements for existing partners. This role requires strong project management skills, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail. You will manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, guide clients through discovery, translate their goals into actionable plans, and ensure a seamless launch experience.
