AptDeco is looking for a Customer Care Associate to ensure customers have an extraordinary and seamless experience every time they buy or sell furniture. As a member of the Customer Support Team, you will represent AptDeco and be the voice of the brand, thriving in a fast-paced environment and finding creative solutions to problems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support users with fast, efficient service and inspire a growing user base to share the AptDeco experience
- Respond to emails and support user issues promptly, ensuring that upset users become passionate evangelists
- Coordinate logistics between buyers and sellers
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Operations Teams to streamline processes and support business scaling
- Support in identifying new ways to introduce the AptDeco experience to new users
- Take responsibility for other ad hoc projects throughout the year

- Are familiar with G Suite apps
- Previous experience working at a startup is a plus
- Have flexibility to work on weekends
