Key Responsibilities
Drive customer digital transformation and cloud adoption by challenging existing approaches and delivering innovative, modern, and optimized IT solutions
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and gross profit quotas by identifying, prospecting, and converting new opportunities within existing accounts
Lead complex negotiations and decision-making processes, overcoming objections to secure new business and expand customer portfolios
Analyse and optimise software contract spend and utilisation, recommending cost-effective technology and implementation strategies
Build and grow long-term customer and partner relationships using a consultative, question-based approach to deliver tailored solutions across the full technology lifecycle (Plan, Migrate, Deploy, Support)
Support marketing initiatives including events, campaigns, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and local market presence
Deliver accurate sales forecasting aligned with targets and maintain clear pipeline visibility
Manage end-to-end customer transactions, including communication, order processing, and reporting
Develop strong expertise in technology services, licensing, and negotiation, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners
Act as a field resource for customers and partners on industry-leading volume licensing solutions
