Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers related to Microsoft Azure issues.
- Learn and use ground-breaking technologies.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide outstanding solutions to our customer's individual needs.
- Drive customer communication during critical events.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
- Work with other Consultants to ensure all relevant information is available to resolve incidents or fulfill service requests.
- Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge in resolving complex cases.
- Raise incident tickets with Microsoft under our Premier Support arrangement with the approval of the Team Lead.
