In this role you will partner with asset specialists, operations leaders, commercial teams, finance, program managers, and global functions to harmonize, optimize, and elevate the way we manage assets across the region.
Your mission is to drive standardization, create new capabilities, support integrations, and enable a data-driven culture that strengthens performance and operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role with significant cross‑functional visibility and influence.
What you will do- Lead and manage asset‑related initiatives and cross‑regional programs, including process improvement, master data development, and capability creation
- Drive alignment of planning and operational processes, working closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to harmonize systems, tools, and workflows
- Provide advanced analytics and root-cause analysis to support senior managers in meeting service level targets and restoring performance when gaps arise
- Build strong collaboration between business leaders, marketing, and divisional finance to ensure strategy, budgets, and asset management priorities are aligned
- Serve as the key link to stakeholders and analytics teams, acting as high-level process owner for Asset Management analytics and reporting
- Develop and enhance standardized reporting, including dashboards, KPIs and operational insights across EEMEA Operations
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture built on data, insights, and process discipline
- Support organizational capability building, maintaining process and tool proficiency, and leading people management responsibilities within project and planning teams when required
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or customer operations
- Strong project management background, with the ability to lead complex cross-regional initiatives
- Advanced analytical skills, with strong capabilities in Excel, databases, and business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE Oracle or SAP) at advanced level
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication, influencing, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Readiness to travel on business within the EEMA region, approximately 20% of working time
