Technical Writer Intern

Join our DELMIA User Assistance team as a Technical Writer Intern and embark on the journey towards building essential skills in communicating complex technical concepts effectively to our users. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects and gain hands-on experience in technical documentation and UX writing. 

Role description & Responsibilities

• Creating new and maintaining existing documentation – we do online helps, API docs, release notes and printed documents
• Creating and reviewing content on user interface
• Working closely with developers, quality assurance specialists, UX designers, business analysts
• Using popular tech writing tools as well as our in-house solutions
• Following a documentation as code approach where documentation is versioned, built and delivered along with the source code
• Expanding your skillset using popular online training platforms

Qualifications

• Fluency in English both written and spoken (IT passionate student or graduate English philology)
• Polish language proficiency
• Ability to understand IT/software technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
