As a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver hands-on technical support, maintain critical equipment, and help healthcare professionals operate our solutions safely and effectively. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that combines technical expertise with problem-solving in real clinical environments.
- Perform preventive maintenance, installations, upgrades, and service activities on medical equipment at customer sites, ensuring high equipment uptime and reliability.
- Diagnose technical issues and execute timely repairs or coordinate solutions to restore equipment performance.
- Install operating room and integrated surgical systems according to hospital specifications and configurations.
- Deliver in-service training to clinical staff and biomedical teams on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Manage service activities in internal systems, including repair tracking, quotations, and service documentation with accurate and timely data entry.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with customers holding active service contracts.
- Prepare and manage service quotations, ensuring accurate costing and margin considerations.
- Support customers on-site by addressing technical concerns, resolving equipment issues, and ensuring service satisfaction following service interventions.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service or technical support within medical devices or similar equipment.
- Advanced English proficiency for training and interaction with global technical support teams.
- Valid driver’s license and availability to travel across the country.
- Experience working in hospital environments such as operating rooms or surgical centers.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar technical design tools.

- Experience supporting complex medical equipment and integrated systems
