We are looking for a motivated, organized, collaborative individual that enjoys a fast pace environment within a growing business! This person will wear multiple hats, by providing a combination of support for the Medical Education function. Our Medical Education team provides innovative educational programs for our customers, and this person will help support with the coordination and logistics surrounding our Health Care professionals. They will ensure a great customer experience, and will have a strong attention to detail and organization to support our business unit in complying with all necessary laws and industry codes. This person should also have a service oriented mindset, care about building relationships with our guests and employees and have a drive for accomplishing goals efficiently.
What you will do:
- Process expense reports, invoicing and pull necessary reports or data
- Assists in the coordination of logistics for Medical Education Programs based in Denver including booking travel, hotels, transportation, and catering.
- Acts as Site Visit Coordinator, including in-house preparation for Health Care Professional visits, greeting visitors upon arrival and ensuring a great experience while they are onsite
- Develop relationship with corporate travel agency, and local hotels, and additional professional services to ensure streamlined processes
- Monitors that all interactions with Health Care Professionals are in compliance with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics and Stryker Endoscopy Policy at all Medical Education program locations
- Responsible for all vendor additions and check requests for Health Care Professional interactions, including assuring proper backup documentation has been obtained
- Reviews and tracks all Health Care Professional Interactions, such as meals, consultant fees, research payments, travel and lodging, etc. in tracking database, assuring backup documentation is obtained, sufficient for state and federal reporting
- Prepares recurring and ad-hoc reports for presentation to department and Sr. Management on Health Care Professional Interactions
- Assist in gathering customer feedback after each Medical Education program
- Implement processes that optimize and track our engagement with Health Care professionals during Medical Education programs
- Support of all National programs (Courses and tradeshows) to ensure successful completion of the event
What you will need:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–2 years work experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and manage high value equipment
- Must have good visual perception and demonstrate fine motor skills/ability
Preferred:
- Knowledge within Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe PDF creation
$59,900 - $108,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
