Job Overview

The Commissions Program Manager will own the end-to-end commissions process to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent compensation for the sales organization. This role will partner closely with Sales Leaders, Finance, and HR to develop and administer commission plans, validate data, manage monthly close activities, and provide clear reporting and strategy to sales leadership.

Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and maintain commission plans that align with evolving business priorities and sales strategies. 

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation structures drive the right behaviors and support company goals. 

  • Model plan scenarios, assess financial impact, and recommend creative solutions that balance motivation and cost. 

  • Conduct regular reviews to evaluate plan effectiveness and propose improvements based on performance data and market trends. 

  • Build and maintain scalable workflows, documentation, and controls to support audit-ready commission operations. 

  • Troubleshoot discrepancies, manage exceptions, and resolve rep inquiries in a clear and timely manner. 

  • Serve as the primary contact for commission-related questions across Sales, Finance, People, and Revenue Operations. 

  • Facilitate training sessions, enablement materials, and rollout documentation for new or updated plans. 

  • Influence stakeholders through strong storytelling, data insights, and thoughtful recommendations. 

  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve plan governance, analytical capabilities, and rep experience. 

  • Stay current on industry best practices for sales compensation and bring forward creative, strategic ideas.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of supporting a customer-facing organization 

  • 5+ years in an operations, analysis, or strategy-focused position 

  • Strong analytical background, working with large sets of data 

  • Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to completion 

  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across a variety of cultures 

  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

163 000 and 245 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
